The Empyrean Cluster is a massive construct of Empyrean, dominating the centre of the ruined Volias Megatropolis. Perfectly circular at the top, it spans one thousand miles in diameter. It is built of tendril-like Guildspires, which shoot up from the ground, and come to a point in the Mesa, a panoramic, domed plateau of Empyrean, in which the Guild Sovereigns conduct the business of rule.
